Our new offices are located at 350 Lansing St., suite B in the same building as Goodwill (the former Woolahan Lumber building).  Our mailing address has remained the same:  P.O. Box 14, Charlotte, MI  48813.

Office hours are Monday - Friday from 9:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m.
The office is closed on all major holidays, and from Christmas Eve through New Years Day.

Eaton County United Way is an independent Michigan non-profit corporation.  We are governed by a 15-member Board of Directors, who are elected to rotating three-year terms at the organization's Annual Meeting each February.  Board members are residents of Eaton County and cannot be employed by a funded agency.

We are a dues-paying member of the United Way of Michigan and the United Way of America.  (Dues are paid from our pool of corporate contributions and not from agency funds nor individual donor dollars.)  These organizations provide a number of services to ECUW, including staff training, peer group forums, public policy advocacy, campaign materials, and other services.

The operations of our Eaton County United Way are entirely governed by the Board of Directors, and state and federal laws.
